This season, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast unveils an exclusive Summer High Tea in collaboration with Moët & Chandon - a decadent ode to summertime celebration.
Available daily from 1 December 2025 to 28 February 2026, this elevated experience begins with a glass of Moët & Chandon before guests are invited to savour a thoughtfully curated menu of sweet and savoury delights.
Indulge in refined patisseries including Raspberry & Roasted Almond Financier, Lychee Choux, and Dragon Fruit Macaron, complemented by elegant savoury selections such as Smoked Salmon Brioche and Chicken & Leek Terrine. The experience concludes with house-baked vanilla scones, served alongside Tavalon Tea and Vittoria Coffee for a truly indulgent finish.
