Christopher Dodds
With over 20 years of culinary experience Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast's Executive Chef, Christopher Dodds, brings a fresh new concept to Oyster Bar & Grill. Beginning his culinary career in tropical North Queensland, Chris has established himself a renowned Executive Chef heading multiple luxury hotel restaurants across South East Asia and the Middle East.
Returning to his home state of Queensland in 2019, Chris continues to adapt the Oyster Bar & Grill menu to celebrate seasonal produce local to Queensland to create a refined and sophisticated menu focusing on the ideals of fresh seafood.
