Pink Ribbon Spring High Tea
This Spring, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast is delighted to unveil its limited-edition spring high tea, a pink-inspired culinary experience proudly supporting the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
Available daily throughout October and November, $5 dollars from every booking will be donated to help fund life-changing breast cancer research and community programs.
Menu highlights include a Rose and Vanilla Éclair, a Raspberry Opera Slice, and a Lemon Curd Tart finished with toasted lime marshmallow, balanced with savoury creations such as Spiced Prawn Cocktail, Prosciutto and Pear Remoulade, and delicate Roast Turkey Sandwiches. No high tea would be complete without Homemade Scones served with vanilla clotted cream and strawberry compote, while herbal teas and freshly brewed coffee provide the perfect finishing touch.
To honour the cause, guests are encouraged to wear a touch of pink.

This season, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast unveils an exclusive Summer High Tea in collaboration with Moët & Chandon - a decadent ode to summertime celebration.
Available daily from 1 December 2025 to 28 February 2026, this elevated experience begins with a glass of Moët & Chandon before guests are invited to savour a thoughtfully curated menu of sweet and savoury delights.
Indulge in refined patisseries including Raspberry & Roasted Almond Financier, Lychee Choux, and Dragon Fruit Macaron, complemented by elegant savoury selections such as Smoked Salmon Brioche and Chicken & Leek Terrine. The experience concludes with house-baked vanilla scones, served alongside Tavalon Tea and Vittoria Coffee for a truly indulgent finish.
