Escape the summer heat and dive into a refreshing celebration of Queensland’s finest summer bounty with our Summertime Harvest High Tea.
This seasonal indulgence features a sumptuous selection of sweet and savoury creations inspired by the essence of an Australian summer.
Delight in an array of house-made delicacies, including the Australian bay lobster brioche with pineapple salsa, Nimbin Valley white cow cheese with plum chutney and Lychee, Raspberry & Rosewater Verrine and much more, crafted with care utilising locally-sourced ingredients where possible. The high tea menu is paired perfectly with an effervescent Yuzu Sgroppino - a refreshing blend of vodka, yuzu sorbet, and organic prosecco - alongside unlimited pours of herbal teas and barista coffee.
